Lets lay down some ground rules for both the Bar and the Customer.
|Know what you want BEFORE you start ordering.||Don't make them wait for you to finish your personal crap.|
|Have your money out and ready to pay.||Know how much to charge. Calculate the price as you get the drinks. The customer doesn't want to wait anymore than you do.|
|Don't wave your money at the bartender.||Let the guest know you see them and will help them ASAP.|
|Yelling out your order does not mean you are next.||Learn the real recipes and give a crap about what you're doing.|
